The only saving grace was Ruby who was absolutely adorable. It’s like they spent all the money on the art, which is to be fair, gorgeous, and on the seiyuu and then just half-assed the story. The story is really crappy… They present all this mystery but a lot of it is never explained. If you look on JP Amazon the game has a two star rating and it’s easy to see why lol. Kaguya-hen is a game I’ve been looking forward to for a while but since Menou-hen came out first I had to play that.

Hime isn’t one of my faves but Tachibanna’s voice is gorgeous and really fitting for the character xD I’ve cleared all the routes in the game but I still don’t quite understand what’s going on so I will be replaying it, this time with a text translator since the code is out ^^ Like Mizuchi-hen, this game is really difficult for me since my Japanese level is not very high- lots of poetry, symbolism and oddities. Of course I am worried about the wait for Karakurenai+Utsusu-hen since I really love Kurenai but I will wait for another two years if it means another quality game like Hime-hen. As far as I’m concerned, this game is a steal at 1512 yen. Of course Yura’s art is absolutely beautiful, and like Mizuchi-hen it comes with a gorgeous artbook.
I got Hana Awase Himeutsugi-hen which I’d been looking forward to for a really long time! Seriously almost two years in between games is just too much for me, but the quality of the game is amazing, like Mizuchi-hen. Okay so I haven’t updated in ages… I actually have been playing a ton of games, just haven’t really kept up with updating the blog though, shame on me! I know I should finish my KgK review, but I wrote a ton of stuff and… it got wiped when my laptop crashed because I didn’t save 😐 As for Sanzen Sekai Yuugi… That game was just disappointing in so many ways to me >_< WTF was with Rikou’s route and all the retconning and weird reason for killing the parents… Also only one short pr0n scene per route, not enough for a perv like me I’m afraid! I refuse to think about that game anymore lol.
